最寄りは王子神谷駅で2kmくらいの距離です。便数は多く、終バスも遅くまであるため便利です。

家賃以外でかかる費用は以下の通りです。
電気、ガス、水道　8,000円/月
Wi-Fiの利用料金　1,000円/月
共有部消耗品　1,000円/月
敷金50,000円（契約時のみ）

Hello everyone.
I'm looking for a tenant from in Tokyo.

It's a little far from the trains stations but the bus stop is in front of my apartment and the bus come every 5-10 minutes. It's not inconvenient. The bus go to Akabane, Oji, Oji-kamiya, Kohoku, Nishiarai in about 10-15 minutes. Akabane is a terminal station and very convenient.

This apartment is pretty good. You can get good sunlight. There is a park near.
Living room is very wide and clean. And you can use a private room and living room and so on with 39,000yen and utility costs(electricity, water, gas, internet costs, consumables etc,) 11,000yen a month.

And you have to pay a deposit of cleaning 50,000yen only for the first time.
