hello!! this is i.c.e. co.,ltd writing. there is a very nice room available in the shared international room just 2 minutes’ walk from the ichigao station (tokyu-denentishi line), aoba-ku yokohama-shi, kanagawa.
deposit money only 20,000 yen and no other advanced charges, and no guarantor needed. the rent includes utilities (up to￥15,000 per month for the unit) and internet connection.
one of the rooms is available for a female, and now 2 japanese female are living there.
wood floor (about 4.5 size in tatami) room with a door key, and air conditioned. if you have a personal computer, you can use wireless internet.
and also you can use washing machine, microwave oven, gas table, refrigerator, rice cooker, dining table, etc. in common space : dining room, kitchen, and bathroom.

募集のお部屋は約4.5帖のフローリングで、鍵付きの個室となっており、
エアコン付きで、pcをお持ちであれば、無線lanでのインターネット接続も可能です。
また、ダイニング、キッチン、ユニットバスは、共用でご利用いただけます。
※ダイニングテーブル、ガスコンロ、電子レンジ、炊飯器、冷蔵庫、
洗濯機等も設置済です。
現在設置されていない備品につきましては、
ご入居者様同士でお話合いの上、ご購入頂いております。
ご入居の際には、敷金・礼金、仲介手数料、保証人は不要ですが、
デポジットとして￥20,000頂いております。
なお、家賃は、水道・光熱費・インターネット接続料込みですが、
月の水道・光熱費が全体で￥15,000を超えた場合、超過分を
ご入居者様に等分でご請求させていただきます。
